Despite my initial thoughts about the product, and the fear of something I don't know, I can surely tell that they have a good customer service, because they have always answered my questions from the beginning to the end, and until now the product is doing its job. Still can't tell if there are significant results, maybe we will wait a little bit more.
Following the weekly sessions. Hair seems to be growing back softer. But I havenāt noticed less of it yet. Been using it now for 4 weeks. Shaving before each treatment.
After years of Top'n'Tail shaving its time to do something more permanent in the tail dept. So now 6 weeks into weekly sessions ( thats 7 treatments of about 250/300 flashes ) and my previously salt n pepper bits are now distinctly just a very much finer silver fuzz - everything darker seems to have retreated already and the silver seems to be going more too ( and whats even better is that its not just me noticing it - happy days !)
Running generally at setting 5 or 6 the cooling system is great - not ever too hot for comfort and actually for the first couple of dozen flashes I've been leaving the cooling off to allow the machine to warm a little just to avoid that "cold dip in the sea" shock !

Itās only been five weeks since I got my pruner but seems to be already starting to make a difference! Iām anxious to see how it turns out after the 12 weeks are over
I was super skeptical about zapping my š„s, but itās just as easy as shaving them was and knowing the results are going to be permanent (with minimal maintenance) is awesome. Just two weeks in and Iām already noticing the hair growth slowing and becoming less coarse, so I decided to use it a few other places too!
